Community Instructor: The volunteer coordinator will recruit, screen applications for, and support volunteer tutors in the YRead school-age reading tutoring program and the Literacy Council adult literacy tutoring program. This coordinator will work at multiple sites. Job qualifications include:

Education: High school diploma or GED; 4-year degree in Education or Social Work desired
Experience: Working in community development or education
Special skills, Licenses, Certifications or Equipment: Strong oral and written communication skills; strong organizational skills required; experience with MicroSoft® Office desired

Beginning Babies with Books Coordinator: The coordinator of the BBB program will be responsible for developing and implementing a parent education program. This person will develop collaborative programs with childcare, healthcare, and social service agencies. This coordinator will work at multiple sites. Job qualifications include:

Education: 2-year degree or equivalent; 4-year degree in Education or Social Work desired
Experience: Presenting workshops, implementing teen programs, or classroom teaching
Special skills, Licenses, Certifications or Equipment: Strong oral and written communication skills; strong business and organizational skills required; experience with MicroSoft® Office desired
